Hi is it normal to always be cracking your hip bone where it joins your leg and hip as i get very painful cramps and it makes my left leg very stiff and painful to move?

Doctor can evaluate: Aches and pains around a hip can be from inside the hip, outside the hip, nerves in the area, nerves coming to the area (from the spinal cord), etc... Sometimes it is the muscles and ligaments, especially if clicking noises, sometimes it is the joint; other times it is both. A primary care doctor can evaluate and examine, and refer to a specialist if needed.
