The antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation", "combo") tests are nearly conclusive at 4 weeks and 100% after 6 weeks. Stand-alone antibody tests are conclusive by 8 weeks; or, for some older tests that may be in use in your country, 3 months. No tests ever take longer than 3 months for conclusive results.
