Yes, if you are plan on having unprotected sex in the future. But likely OK now. Tine will tell. Trust you were tested for other sexually. transmitted disease such as syphilis. It can smolder for years.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if your hemoglobin is normal you need not worry about other results. Wish you good health!
