A cool pack applied to the effected area often relieves pain. It is less likely that there is a fracture. The dental procedure may lead to pain, inflammation or an infection. Please see urgent care, you may need an antibiotic. Watch for signs of fever and dehydration.

Coincidental. If you were healing well before the kick, these are probably unrelated incidents. Hopefully you have a GP (Family Dr, Internist) who has established baselines for you. Ifnso, call him/her. If not, see Urgent Care. If concerned about your recently accomplished oral surgery, the GD or specialist Oral Surgeon that removed your teeth are responsible for your post-surgical care. Call.
