Theres a lump on one side of my nose. its under the skin, not inside the nose, not painful, relatively soft. it seems like its very slowly getting larger. it makes my nose uneven but its not noticeable to anyone but me yet. no other symptoms?

Any such lump requires medical examination by your PCP. If it is growing in size then it is even more important that you get checked. It may be a benign tumor or sometimes a skin tumor like the Basal cell carcinoma can occur in this area of your face..
