Your description is unusual, and a time frame would be useful. If this all came on in a few days and you have a lot of pain "I suspect you have an STD, most likely gonorrhea, which people say can be like peeing ground glass and there's usually white or yellow pus. See a doc right away and get tested. If you haven't been sexually active, you better see a doctor anyway

Meth should not give retrograde ejaculation. It is not possible to make a diagnosis in your case without a urinalysis and exam. Pl see a Urologist. Suggest lay off meth. It is not good for you
