It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests bleeding in the urinary tract and it could be due to stones. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

It is best to get a urinalysis including microscopic exam. Sometimes a kidney stone can cause this. Drink plenty of water.
