I think your eGFR is decidedly low for your age. Have you been evaluated by a nephrologist as to the nature of your kidney problem? If not, consult one. Do you have high protein in your urine? Elevated BUN,creatinine? History of high blood pressure,diabetes? On meds? Any edema of legs or ankles? Stay well hydrated. I don't think supplements are useful for you.

Agree with Dr. Colantino. Your eGFR is more than a little bit low and it would be prudent to consult a nephrologist.
