Possible: Caffeine and theobromine potentially are cardiac stimulants. In individuals susceptible to av nodal reentry tachycardia this condition can potentially be exacerbated when taking those supplements. Quercetin is an antioxidant and is not likely to cause rhythm problems.

Maybe: Stimulants are not the answer for you in this situation. Some can cause increased urine output and relative dehydration. They can also increase the chances of heart arrhythmias. You need to be well-rested, well-hydrated, and in good condition. There's no substitute.
