Anti-hypertensive medication can cause postural hypotension that may explain your symptoms. Do not get up suddenly, e.g., when getting out of bed sit on the edge of the bed with your feet dangling for half a minute or so. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless, that will avoid dehydration. Wish you good health!
