Sudden excessive sweating - last month or so - also itching - head - legs - arms etc - i had an episode of extreme shivering and difficulty speaking on wednesday night - blood pressure was 158/90 i had a tia in 2019 and also have arrythmia?

Difficulties speakin: Sound like you should see a doctor soon. This is concerning for several things an loss of circulation to the head (pending stroke) , as you mentioned an arrhythmia. The sudden sweating raises the chance of a very rare condition called pheochromocytoma.
