Primarily, you likely have restless leg syndrome and describe also bruxism. Cannot exclude sleep apnea. See a neurologist for the RLS and the apparent skin sensitivity, but also consider an overnight sleep study. A dental splint may help but further diagnostic confirmation is needed.
