Yes: The eye finding alone are not serious but that is exceptionally high blood pressure and if related to poor circulation in your legs it suggests significant vascular disease and therefore high risk of heart attack or stroke. Do not smoke cigarettes they accelerate the problem. See your MD promptly. You can reduce risks of severe complications by managing BP with medication, diet and exercise.
