Tooth ache: Lower molars and sometimes premolars can cause you to have ear aches. Dizzyness is not likely but remotely possible. Get this checked by a dentist asap.

Referred pain?: Many symptoms are related by people including ear pain and dizziness. You need to have this evaluated and treated and your symptoms may disappear and if not, stay in treatment until they disappear. Chuck.

Possible RCT: Absolutely. Lower molar can often be reffered to ear pain. Your balance is controlled from your ear therefore all three symptoms can be connected. I would first see an endodontist to evaluate for possible rct (root canal therapy). An if not see your local ent.

A toothache in back of mouth can cause many symptoms. Pain in ear, jaw, swelling if infected, as well as pus. You may be in so much pain, that you could feel dizzy. See a dentist for treatment, if you want to save your tooth, if possible, or the alternative is an extraction.
