Tylenol is a good start. Keep the kid hydrated enough to wet every 6-8 hrs, monitor breathing and activity. If the kid feeds well and plays some you can home monitor. If he spooks you take him in. Most children deal with this like a cold or remain symptom free.

COVID 19 is usually self limited and resolves with supportive care. This includes fever control, with either ibuprofen or Tylenol, hydration and rest. Some children though require an Emergency room visit. Your son is not fully immunized but if you had the COVID 19 vaccination during pregnancy, this may confer some protection. Watch for signs of leathery, difficulty feeding and cough.
