Third day, fever comes and goes. highest 100.7, then 100.4 on fri. saturday no fever. sat nite 99.4 took tylenol. temp now hovers b/w 96 and 98.7 as of sunday nite, no temp. is this covid? no cough, aches and have appetite

Screening test: You may have a mild viral illness or a mild form of COVID 19. Please have a screening test. Stay home, rest, drink fluids and monitor your temperature. Use Tylenol if the T is 101 F or higher. Notify your PCP if you develop cough and/or shortness of breath.
