I was diagnosed last week with a slightly increased echotexture and echgencity i slipped and drank 3 days last week which i dont plan on doing again..could i have caused cirrhosis in that time?

Drinking for three days would not cause cirrhosis. How long have you been drinking before that. If you have a history of drinking you should disclose that to your doctor so that you may be evaluated for cirrhosis or other alcohol induced disorders.

Not in the 3 days of drinking alcohol, but rather in years (if applicable). Above mentioned changes suggest hepatic steatosis commonly seen in alcoholic or non alcoholic liver disease. or
