Last night, i took my dose of metoprolol (half a pill) and it got stuck up behind my nose. i tried to get it out, but im not sure if its still there. im scared. what should i do? should i be concerned?

If it is stuck, it might eventually trap enough mucus to create a nest for germs to gather. Over time it might dissolve. A visit to your doc or an ENT with extra equipment could verify its position. I would use a thin tube to push it back where it would fall into the swallow tube.
