Worry about chest pa: The myocardial band, a stretch of heart muscle between the walls of the heart, does not cause chest pain. That is being caused by something else, which (depending on age & medical history) may be ominous. The myocardial bridge can cause arrhtyhmias (abnormal heart rhythm) but there's no evidence you gave of that. See a doctor or use HealthTap Prime soon to get to the bottom of your symptoms.
