No, you do ovulate. Progesterone levels tend to remain less than or equal to 0.89 ng/mL during the first half of your cycle. During ovulation, progesterone levels can rise up to 12 ng/mL. It then remains anywhere between 1.8-24 ng/mL during the second half of the cycle, also known as the luteal phase.
