Poor Ovulation: At that time in your cycle the LH and FSH levels are useless. The progesterone level is low and likely shows a poor quality ovulation, assuming you have regular cycles about 26-30 days apart. If your cycle is longer like 35-40 days apart it may be totally normal and just drawn a few days early
