Lactation: Lactation can be caused by several things. Your prolactin is probably normal, but it varies depending on the lab. Nipple stimulation over time can lead to lactation as well as some medications. We usually dont get too concerned about prolactin levels until they reach about 100. If this continues, check back in with your doctor.

Milk secretion: Lactation in a person with no pregnancy in past is unusual but not rare milk discharge is usually not hormonally mediated make sure you do not have a local problem with a good breast examination your hormones appear normal medications can do the same also.
