I had a punch biopsy on bridge of nose and besides moderate cytologic atypia it showed chronic lymphocytic folliculitis? should i be concerned? what is chronic lymphocytic folliculitis?

If the biopsy showed heavy lymphoid infiltration I recommend obtaining an opinion from a second pathologist with expertise in skin microscopy to rule out skin lymphoma. You could discuss this with the first pathologist first.
