What does it mean: hemoglobyn 12.1 g/dl, transferrin 195 mg/dl, tibc 275 ug/dl, saturation 11.6% and iron 32 ug/dl in blood test? i had an uti when took the blood, could it be the cause?

Your hemoglobin is still in the normal range for a lady, i.e. no anemia and you are not iron deficiency. This result has nothing to do with the urinary tract infection. You should drink fluid well for a urine volume at least 2 liters/day if there is no contraindication with high fluid intake such as heart, kidney or liver disease.
