Doctor follow up: Radiologic studies must be interpreted in the proper clinical context meaning that the doctor who ordered the test and has all in the information must go over the results with you. Otherwise the interpretation is incomplete. This reports says there is a very small cyst in the right ovary that is not a simple fluid filled cyst. The clinical significance must be addressed by the ordering doctor
