Hi i'm 22 5'6 about 280lbs i've been diagnosed with pcos for 2 months now and i have been having bleeding off and on for a month now i was just wondering if this is normal or should i seek medical help?

You should be followed with a GYN doctor. In the mean time, try to lose weight by daily exercise and cut down total calories intake at least 20%. Carbohydrates (bread, rice, paste, etc.) and fatty foods are the main sources of calories.
