So i am on megestrol 40mg 4x day for severe vaginal bleeding... i have pcos and endometriosis but anyway its been working until now i am bleeding again is it normal to be bleeding on such a high dose?

PCOS ?'s: The accepted treatment for PCOS once confirmed is to take low dose oral bcp's, which will avoid long exposure of the uterine lining to sustained high estrogen (your ovaries continue to make estrogen even if you are not having periods) and therefore preserve fertility. See a reproductive endocrinologist for appropriate treatment for PCOS.
