It means what it says but need to discuss with Dr who knows you. If you smoke stop. If you spelunk or lean chicken houses tell your doctor

A HRCT imaging scan may provide additional information. Discuss findings of this and your BAL with your Physician. A cytology and cultures are typically sent and may provide additional information.
