My current gfr(kidney function) went form in may 2022 from 109 % now in june dropped down to 59%.should i be worried?? previously i was at 60% for 3 yrs then gradually went up. i dont do drugs nor alcohol and don't take any nsaids.?

There is something wrong with your kidney function. At you age, GFR of 60% for 3 consecutive years is apparently abnormal and the result in May 2022 of 109% was likely a lab error and the GFR of 59% in June is more accurate. Besides those risks you mentioned, there are many other causes of kidney disease. You should be evaluated by a nephrologist (kidney specialist).
