Continuously bruising on my right thigh no injury went to er for something else they didnt know what caused it d-dimer was slightly elevated but they didnt find a blood clot i currently have 16 bruises on the front of thigh not anemia?

A test for coagulation and platelet count may provide useful information. if this is the only area, localized injury is one possible cause. An imaging study may be indicated. A healthy diet is recommended.
