My blood pressure normally is high when i check it, but the last two days i have had swollen ankles/feet for the first time in awhile. i checked my pressure after putting my feet up awhile and when i sat in a chair an it has been normal. thoughts?

With history of high blood pressure and now with lower leg edema (swollen ankles and feet) you need to see your doctor for ruling out chronic kidney disease versus cardiac problem, regardless of your current blood pressure. I do not trust the electronic manometer.
