Will all in 100 people will get accurate hiv result after 45 days of exposure or get any of false result. what testing experience say....what factor can delay this?

CDC has published estimates that if a female has HIV, on average the risk to her male partner from unprotected vaginal sex is one chance in 2,500. It's higher in the other direction, i.e. male to female risk for unprotected vaginal averages one in a thousand. The HIV AgAb blood tests ("4th generation", "combo") are 100% conclusive after 45 days, no possibility of false negative results after that.
