Are there rare strains of hiv that tests cant detect? just wondering about all the fear of delayed hiv or false negative testing i read about. is it really a problem? or is delayed hiv and rare strains a myth?

If you are asymptomatic and tested negative, you are safe, no need to worry. Practice safe sex so you won't have more "headache" in the future. Take care!
