"Seroconversion delay" is an urban myth; it never happens. HIV2 has p24 antigen, but different than the p24 in HIV1 and not detected in the HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood tests. Therefore, those tests are conclusive for HIV2 after 8 weeks, vs. 4-6 weeks for HIV1. HIV2 is virtually absent in the US anyway, found mostly in people infected in Africa and their regular partners.
