I think you asked a similar question; see that reply. If your government clinic uses an antigen-antibody (AgAb, 4th generation) HIV blood test, it is nearly conclusive (around 98%) at 4 weeks. Truly conclusive at 6 weeks. If it is a standalone antibody test, it take 8 weeks for conclusive results.
