Exercise: You will need to exercise to achieve a flat stomach after having a baby. Once you have been cleared by your doctor/midwife you should start a regular program. It is not necessary to focus only on your abdominal muscles. Once you are finished breast feeding, start a lower calorie diet if you haven't returned to your prepregnancy weight. Persistance and time will help you get your body back.
