Eat less and exercis: There is no quick fix for your probelm...It has built up slowly and it can be controlled but it will take similar length of time to flatten your belly. So be practical, start eating less and exercise more, taking long walks and run if you can do it daily. Food choices need to be healthy: low in fat, high in veggies and fruits. Eat more plant based foods and avoid meat/fried foods and high sugared.

There's no such : Thing as natural spot fat loss. You need to lose weight in general ; a certain % will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.
