Actually i had a surgery before 3years on my stomach, now am trying to reduce my belly part by using sauna belt is that safe to use that on a stitches?

Not Effective: You still have stitches three years after surgery? That sounds impossible. But, regardless a 'sauna belt' will not lead to any weight loss, change in anatomy, or any health improvement. It is a false or fake product designed only to enrich the seller. I would advise you to spend your money on something to better your health rather than to empty your wallet.

Why would you...: ...think that would work? Body sculpting sounds promising (& obviously there are gimmicks & diets that promise you their products can do this), but to effectively spot-reduce requires more surgery. Suggest U lose 1 pound of fat per 3500 calories you drop or work off, but you can't pick where--sorry. Recommend a moderate diet, regular exercise (get a personal trainer), & calorie count to stay fit.
