after core exercise,i get acidity&next day had cramp&burning in right abdomen &back.i get mild pulsating burn in stomach&chest.right side still stiff?

Burn: Symptoms most likely from DOMS, but could be muscle strain. More concerning possibility would be some type of rhabdomyolysis. Keep hydrated and monitor urine. If change in urine color or decreased output get checked. I would anticipate resolution of symptoms in a day or two.
