It's common to see this pattern and that's the reason we're no longer base on fasting glucose level (FBS) alone for diagnosing type 2 diabetes mellitus. If you have a glucometer you can check your blood sugar 2 hours after a regular meal. If it is more than 140, you probably have glucose intolerance or borderline DM. If you don't have a glucometer, have HbA1c retested. Your vitamin D is perfect.

Dont have normal values for your lab. But rely on HbA1c to make diagnosis of DM. Yours looks normal from here but may have different values in Lebanon. So discuss with local Drs who will know what is healthy for folks like you living there.
