My cmp blood test says my albumin level is 5.8 g/dl (says normal range is 3.6-5.1) what does this mean? Should i be concerned and get second opinion?

My blood labs done today were on the whole in the normal range. But: my mean platelet volume was 12.7, Lymphocyte % was 14.2%, and the Lymphocyte Absolute was 0.91. I have type 2 diabetes and the Glucose level was 213. Should I be concerned?
