These vascular, benign skin lesions can occur on the breast. One study showed a tendency for them to occur on the breast which had breast cancer either before or after the onset of the breast cancer. It was only one study though. This probably doesn't apply to you, but it's a good idea for you to get a breast examination for peace of mind.
