A member asked:

I had covid 2 months ago. i've been coughing since then & my cough mostly happens at night. i feel like there's a bit of mucus in my cough. when should my cough go away if it's due to covid? should i get concerned about lung cancer at this point?

It is best to get checked by your MD for these lingering symptoms. No it is not from lung cancer. Hope you feel better

Your symptoms are unlikely to be from lung cancer. A small proportion of people get "long covid". visit this site for info and talk to your doctor: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/coronavirus/in-depth/coronavirus-long-term-effects/art-20490351#:~:text=COVID%2D19%20symptoms%20can,within%20a%20few%20weeks Wish you good health!
