Consult a neurologist for an evaluation and to determine if surgery is needed. Wish you good health!

You have reached a public education site, where questions are answered, but here we do not diagnose, prescribe medications, or recommend various surgeries. The decision for aggressive intervention is between you and your personal physicians.

I'd skip the.middle man and go directly to a neurosurgeon for evaluation and treatment options. It seems to me that surgery will be needed to relieve your very significant discomfort but abide by the neurosurgeon's advice.
