My mri says mild disc bulging with thecal sac indentation in c5/6 and c6/7 when i try to look down i get crumbs in hands n feel dizzy at times.

Ask Specialist: I think the trend in general with these cases to treat it conservatively, i.e. no operative intervention. However, the specialist who has requested the scan should be the one to advise the next step for you.

Treat conservatively: You need to be evaluated by a physician. If pain is the main problem then anti inflammatory meds and therapy would be indicated. If there are neuro deficits like muscle weakness, loss of reflexes then should see a spine specialist.Usually bulging discs don't cause major problems unless you are born with a narrow spinal canal to begin with .
