Taking 10mg escitalopram and 0.25mg clonazepam for anxiety since 45 days. treatment going excellently. can i take whey isolate with these medicines. contains 0.5mg tryptophan in 1 scoop. i only take 1 scoop per day. no other conditions. pls suggest?

There is major interaction between escitalopram and tryptophan supplement. However, this 0.5 mg of amino acid tryptophan in one scoop of whey isolate is a tiny amount which you can find in any protein source so I think you can use them together.
