I have been prescribed lexapro (escitalopram) 20 mg in the morning. clonazepam 2mg twice daily for anxiety and hydroxyzine 50 mg as needed. how far apart should i take the clonazepam?

Lasts 8 hours: Clonazepam is a long acting benzodiazepine. It can last 8 hours so spacing out time frame will not really change much.

Clonazepam is long..: ...acting, so the timing doesn't need to be exact, but try to take them as close to every 12 hours as feasible. Keep in mind that both Clonazepam & hydroxyzine are sedating, so avoid taking the hydroxyzine if you're doing something (like driving) that requires you to be alert & attentive.
