Consult your GYN physician, as at "18", twelve days of bleeding may not represent a menstrual period, and could represent pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). If this bleeding episode represents non-ovulatory cycles, it is still abnormal, and a current assessment of the cause is necessary.
