Can i get rabies if a 8 week old puppy licked my finger and used the same finger to scratch open a pimple. quite a small pimple and was not bleeding?

Not likely: It's not likely you would get rabies this this way because for a start the animal has to be infected with rabies to spread the disease. If the dog is infected although rare transmission could occur via infected saliva contacting mucous membranes or a scratch or other break in the skin. Nevertheless keep the pimple clean with warm water and non allergenic soap to avoid other possible infections.
