Rabies: I am unsure of the rabies risk in your area. Check with your local health department. If the dog is healthy that lowers the risk. If the dog has been immunized the risk is lower. If you know the dog, the dog can be observed. Your injury is low risk as well. So likely not if your local health officials agree. All the best.
